We are a cultural and community organization dedicated to bringing together Igbo people residing in the Philippines while promoting unity, cultural pride, and mutual support. Guided by our motto, “IGWE BU IKE — Unity is our Strength,” we strive to foster a strong sense of belonging, cooperation, and shared identity among members of the Igbo community.
Founded on the principles of love, peace, and collective progress, ONPHIL serves as a platform where members can connect, celebrate their heritage, and support one another in both social and personal endeavors. We are committed to preserving and promoting Igbo culture, traditions, and values, while building meaningful relationships within the wider Philippine community and with Igbo organizations around the world.
Our association works to create awareness and understanding of Igbo cultural heritage through community programs, cultural activities, and collaborative initiatives. We also provide guidance and support to members, promote peaceful resolution of disputes, and encourage cooperation that strengthens unity among Igbos living abroad.
At ONPHIL, we believe that community is built through shared responsibility and active participation. Through regular meetings, events, and outreach efforts, we continue to uphold our mission of empowering members, nurturing cultural identity, and contributing positively to society.
Whether you are a long-standing member, a new arrival, or a friend of the community, we welcome you to join us in celebrating our heritage and strengthening the bonds that connect us.
